2. How We Use Your Information
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to understand which lesson or programme would suit you, and to stay in touch with you about it. They are not used for anything else.
3. Contact Form Submissions
When you submit the form, a copy of your submission is saved in the WordPress administration area of this website, where only the site owner can see it. This copy exists so that your message is not lost if the notification email fails to arrive.
4. Email Communication
The email address you enter is used to reply to your enquiry. Replies are sent from an address on the domain of this website, and your address is used only as the reply address on the notification email so that answering you is straightforward.
5. WhatsApp
This site offers a WhatsApp shortcut as an alternative way to get in touch. If you choose to write on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp rather than on this website, and the privacy terms of WhatsApp and its parent company, Meta, apply to it. Only the message you choose to send there is shared.
6. Data Sharing
Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded, and it is not added to any marketing list. The only parties that may handle it are the service providers that keep this website running, such as the hosting company that stores the site and the email provider that delivers its messages. They process it only as part of providing that service.
7. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as they are reasonably useful for replying to you and keeping a record of the enquiry. They are removed when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
